Good moves by HAL

Since we are reminded all too often of blunder moves by HAL and changes are often asked for I think it's important to also see examples of good moves by HAL, afterall in the process of fixing a few kinks we wouldn't want to mess up the greater goods, right?

So, hopefully some of you guys will chime in here with moves, hopefully that HAL took upon itself to carry out that make it look like a genious.

Moves that HAL took upon itself to carry out:
My team.
PH for Pete Orr with M. Matheny
Result: Single in 2 pitch: Kudos HAL
PR for Matheny with Taveras
Result: SB and ultimately RS: Kudos HAL
Replace my designated closer, Turnbow with Wil Ohman to face Ryan Howard: Result : Strikeout in 3 pitches: Kudos twice HAL -You won it in the top and saved it in the bottom 8)

Other team:
Issue an IBB to Crawford to face Schneider: result ground out double play: Kudos HAL
PH with Ryan Howard vs RHP (Turnbow): Result: forced my HAL to remove my closer and best RP in order to get a better matchup. Reult: though it didn't payoff for the other team I do have to say that IMO it was without a doubt a pretty good move to bring Monster Vs. RHP Howard in at that moment.

I DO believe that there are some elements of HAL that could use a little fixing but I also believe that there are many others that are quite good. This thread is not aimed to oversee the elements that need upgrading but rather to point out good moves so as to make sure any moves on HAL are forward, not sideways or backwards.

I have never seen HAL replace a PH or a RP without having faced at least one pitcher/hitter.

You know how sometimes in baseball a PH is announced, so the opp. team calls the pen and subsequent to that the PH is replaced with a different PH?

Well, I have never seen HAL do that with my teams. I don't know if there's a strat rule about this or if it's done in the efforts to not deplete the bench.
