I have not been keeping track of the weasels but definitely need to put GM on the list for the Pat Corrales pick. The theme from the first two live drafts for me is don't wait on ss and c. If you do you can end up with slim pickings.

The Zipster is up and looks like we do indeed have an abundance of weasels here. :P

Out Friday - Sunday

Postby abnerdoubleday » Thu Sep 29, 2005 5:29 pm

I won't have much access to the draft site from tomorrow thru Sunday evening. Flying to St. Louis Friday for the final regular season Friday game in the history of Bush stadium (McGwire is making a visit that night and curious to see his reception) and then driving to Columbia for the Texas vs. Missouri football game Saturday. Flying back to Austin on Sunday evening.

I have loaded proxies up, but in case they run out, just skip right by me and I will catch up when I get back. This has been a good group of guys to draft with. Good luck to all. 8)

Sounds like a busy, but fun, schedule abner! Have a safe trip! We'll try and save you some relief pitching.

Thanks Simon. :D

Mr. Baseball World I see where the Brewers won their 80th today and have a great shot at .500 and also finishing ahead of the western division leaders. Nice improvement by the team this year. How do the fans feel about the progress this year?

rough thing is being around off and on to pick live, checking the progress, and nothing for hours, and then before you can adjust to who gets taken....a whole round of proxies kick in, and you end up with downtown ollie brown and JIM HICKS. coffee weasels me with ODOM, but I had the pick before and could have taken him if I'd turned OFF the proxies. any chance of trading him coffee? agree abner, great group of guys, except for their weasleishness, and very interested in mcgwire react.
