I really like the idea of a super-flexible pitching staff. However, I would have done it a little bit differently than you have - I would have tried to pick up one stud starter (Zambrano fits that, and Rusch is solid, too, so I agree with you there), and a dominant closer (Wagner, Lidge). Speier doesn't fall into that category, and he kind of worries me at the back of your bullpen.
Also, you've got so many relatively cheap pitchers that can only start that two of your best starters (Rusch and Westbrook) are going to be called in to relieve fairly often, leaving you with either tired quality starters getting lit up like cheaper guys, or cheap guys getting lit up like they should. And if Rusch and Westbrook DON'T end up relieving at inopportune times, that will mean you're going with a four man bullpen - which will also be very little fun.
I enjoy the concept, and might try it out for myself, but the pitchers making up your staff wouldn't make me feel comfortable.
You do have what should be a solid enough offense and a decent defense behind those pitchers, so anything can happen. Good luck.
