Baserunning question

Baserunning question

Have one question about the basestealing rating. Using Bobby
Brown and John Shelby as examples . Brown is *2-6/- and Shelby is *2-
4/12- **** Rule : The first number is the dice-roll (2-12) probability that
the runner will get a good lead; the second number is the roll he would
be
picked off.**** So is the leadoff 2-6 for Brown and no pick off number ?
and for Shelby leadoff is 2-4 and pick off number 12 ?

Help me understand this more in detail please . :)

Correct. The better base stealers do not have pickoff chances.
