BJS, I've never tried Ayinger Ur Weissen....but I love German beer. What's it like? Dark? A lager? :D

It's a good 'ole fashioned German wheat beer. Somewhat sweet. They say it's a dark Bavarian but it's not too dark. It's pretty cloudy when poured. I'm guessing that it is the yeast sediment? Here's a picture of it from their website:

Another one of my favorites from them is the [url=http://en.ayinger-bier.de/?pid=223]Celebrator Doppelbock[/url]. Now that one is quite dark. Unique and good in its own way. If you like Guinness, you'd probably like this one as well.
