My first Wrigley team. Pitching problems.

Your setup reliever should be an R2, but I don't think Burba is that guy in Wrigley. You want both your setup and closer to have zero BPHR vs. RH hitters - F. Rod at the high end, Torres/Shields/Francisco in mid-range, Harrikala/Mecir a little cheaper. Izzy and Rivera are great closers at Wrigley. Both Mendoza and Madson give up BP HR's to RH hitters, so there are much better options.

I would also disagree with the comments on B. Giles. While there are better options for RF in Wrigley, Giles is the type of LH hitter you need at Wrigley - more OBP and less BP dependent. Wrigley is almost neutral for BP effects on LH hitters, so the #'s aren't necessarily bad. You want at least 1 LH hitter that hits RHP in Wrigley - loading your lineup with only RH hitters leaves you really open to the very hard RH starters like Leiber, Carpenter, Bush, etc. A couple of LH bats can help guard against that.

Against RHP I'd bat them this way:

Bagwell
Giles
Mora
Ramirez
Uribe
Rowand
Sierra (DH)
Buck
Rollins

Bagwell, while not a * baserunner, does have speed at the top of the lineup and tons of OBP. Giles also has OBP and speed. Mora is definitely your 3 hitter, and Manny is cleanup. Uribe's clutch makes him 5th. Sierra will be more effective as your DH vs. RHP than Nunez.
