Sorry to intrude but I been begging for something like this. If you can not get all your members to return, please consider me extremely and seriously interested in participating if you should decide to fill any vacancies by recruiting.

An owner asked me a very good question in PM:

"What's the difference between this league and the league I previously joined -- the one you're no longer with?"

Answer - Not that much.

The differences will be as follows:

1 - This league will be the springboard to a new TBK (Version III), which will start completely fresh with the 03 season, and carry through the 05 & 06 cards with an option for 07.*

2 - Any owner can take over any available team. So even if you took over JKolaks squad in the other league, you are under no oblligation to take the same group of 5 1/2 squads again. I will even allow returning owners from the 05 season to swap groups if they so desire (so long as they are aware this makes their old 1/2 squads available to another owner).

3 - Even if you use the same squads as in the league I'm no longer in, you're under no obligation to play in the same ballpark. New park = new team design.

4 - Option to use No DH and/or 10% drop fee.

* - I was thinking of taking the standings from the 06 season of this league to determine the draft order for Version III.
