thats where you have exclusive rights to a stadium...here anybody can pick whatever stadium they want......
and from what i read when you drop a .75 mil player you can pick up any priced player. this will happen 3 different times so at the end of the season you will have only 12 .75 guys.....(unless you have more .75 guys that you want to keep)doubtful.

Looking again at the rules for this league, I realized that I had made a mistake and drafted on 10 sub 1 mil. players instead of 15 (I thought at the time it seemed a bit too easy...), so I've changed my team. The Rigaud Bipolars are now the Montreal Mulligans.

who are we waiting on? is everyone on the list ready to go or are we going to be waiting for people for a week or so? If that is the case I may be reconsidering...I would vote to open it up to anyone who is ready to load and get this thing off the ground tonight or tommorrow...these things have a tendency to die out if they take too long to load
