searching???

maybe i'm an idiot(ok, stop laughing), but i'm looking for some numbers on sam crawford, so i thought i'd search the boards for some references. i couldn't find the search area. any help would be appreciated. jayem

No search function has been added to the new boards, despite my loud crying a couple of weeks ago

that's amazing MTH. i used that all the time on the other boards, to keep the redundancy level down. we all used to ask about guys that we never used, or never used in particular parks. this has to be addressed ASAP! jayem

yeah I'm clammoring for a search feature here as that was most of what I did on the old boards and until they add a search here or close the old boards, thats where I'll have to go to find info on players in ATGII

AirportJoe, you are not an idiot by asking about Sam Crawford. He is a fine player, that just gets lost in the vast pool of ATG CFs. If you don't get one of the premiere CFs (Mays, Snider, Speaker, or 2nd tier CFs like Dawson or D. Dimaggio), Crawford is a decent choice. He makes up for his plus arm in CF with speed, clutch and good overall average and On Base.
