He's Meat: I'm interested in May. Have Mincher, Mack Jones, Kirkpatrick potentially available.

not exactly a strength trich...YOU took some of the guys I wanted including blue moon, so your pitching is already better than mine. I supposse lolich could be discussed, but don't think I want morgan THAT bad. im now considering adjusting draft strategy to compensate for woeful mistakes...looks like missing wilhelm with that long lunch hurt more than morgan.

zip, let me see how this corner turns for the picks ive got slotted. if I get two of the three, may stays a central force...but Im always open to discussions. his main purpose is to protect willie mac.

anybody notice that mr. bbw got skipped in the 16th round, but his 17th round took, and he got skipped again in 18. clock should be off for the weekend which should help him, but wasn't it abner that was gonna be away? wouldn't mind making some progress over the weekend, but no rush since we won't start until the second monday in october. can't believe woodie held held until the 18th round, actually had picked him earlier, but threw him back in when I realized there were no lefties as strong as meyer still around if I didn't take him then. crossing my fingers held would still be there to add his iron glove to this all wood no leather team, and got lucky. this team's GONNA hit some HOMERUNS!

My steal of the draft: Ed Kirkpatrick. You can't tell by his card or Penn's site, but he plays 3B. Honorable mentions: Gary Waslewski and Carroll Sembera (check out their DiamondDope ratings in a hitter's park).

My mistake of the draft: Dick Dietz. He might have been the best hitting C available at the time, but to take his T-20 rating is gonna be rough. Honorable Mention: Not getting Carlos May, Art Shamsky or Tom Hutton. Grrrrr.

Yours?
