T Rich cannot blow up his park. [b:a59cf98a66] He must move in the middle of the night to St Louis[/b:a59cf98a66] (if Busch is available)

To the Fellow Managers of the 80's Decade League:

Are we REALLY SURE that we want to bring T Rich into this league ??

Do we REALLY want a guy that is going to Vegas to go BOWLING at midnite? I would really expect we could find a 12th manager that could be resourceful enough to find SOMETHING BESIDES A FREAKIN' BOWLING BALL to stick his fingers into at midnite in Vegas !!!

Just kiddin' TRich, welcome aboard !! This Decade league is a TON of fun (except for the part when Yount Fan occasionally wins a game).

Best of luck in Busch Stadium,

Sean

Busch

T.Rich would still have to draft Busch. But he can use his last pick for that, if no one else is blowing up their park (I might demolish mine, but I'm probably not eyeing Busch).

If no one objects then (so far, so good), T.Rich can relocate, including changing the name of course.

See you guys next week.

I doubt I will move into Busch with this crew. If any somewhat hitter parks are available I will possibly move into one of them. It's just a superstition thing with Wrigley.

Here's the stellar bunch I have protected. All offers considered. Ripken is unlikely to be available but everyone else has a good chance to be available.

Andujar, J. R 235.1 3.44 S7* 5.18M
Denny, J. R 201.0 3.54 S7 4.06M
Mahler, R. R 236.1 3.88 S7*/R3 3.23M
Whitson, E. R 182.0 3.86 S6 1.68M
Leal, L. R 177.1 4.31 S6* 1.52M
Quisenberry, D. R 132.1 2.52 R3 5.00M
Lavelle, G. L 93.0 2.91 R3 3.07M

White, F. R 539 .747 2B,3B 4.17M
Schmidt, M. R 530 .927 3B,1B 8.43M
Ripken Jr., C. R 645 .849 SS 6.76M
Lowenstein, J. L 259 .846 LF,RF,1B,... 4.82M

Off-season trade talk

Postby BC Manager » Sat Oct 01, 2005 3:24 pm

TRich, I have a plethora of *pitchers if you're interested in one. I don't see any of your 'unprotected' players that interest me, but I'd be interested in upgrades at different positions in exchange for one of my SPs.

Here's my year-end roster:
