Does Teepack need to go out and set up the league or does one of us need to do that? Or does the league commish do that?

Once the league is filled, tee will drop by and run us the low down on the park selection process, we then have to choose the parks (divisions will be assigned given that order (1,4,7...) and [i:186e751e1c]THEN[/i:186e751e1c] we can set up the league and go.

Since Ev2 is unique ballpark we have to do this, if we pull together I am sure we can get it done, so first step is to get those last elusive two :!:

Couldn't we go ahead and start the league - get it out there and let someone who just wants to get in and play fill the last two slots? Who cares if they are part of the Player's Championship? The league commish could just discount their numbers. Or am I all wrong about this?
