Actually, business has gone well the past few years and I'm now a land baron. In April 2005, I bought a townhouse right across the street from the ocean in Daytona Beach. There is the subdivsion's pool outside my back patio and the beach on the other side of the street. A dream come true for me.

It's about 7 hours from Atlanta and a slice of paradise for us. 8)

If anyone is ever in the area or going to the Orlando themeparks or the Cape for a launch, you are more than welcome. My 200x SOM play-by-mail league drafts in a different place each year. Next year, we are drafting here.

I know my team is going to suck. Not ONCE did someone complain about a pick that I made and say that they were looking at that person.

Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach are nice SC spots, Jeep. I would also like to go to Kiaweh Island once.

Soth Carolina beaches are very nice and popular. More people actually visit Myrtle Beach every year than any Fla. beach.

Kiawah hosted the Ryder Cup a few years back. Great spot.

First off, Jamie you're in my thoughts and prayers.

The league has been created. I don't have any other 1B on my draft card other than who I picked in the live draft, so it was ok to start the league.

The rest of the East can join anytime. As I said before, I'm sure we won't fill 12 teams today, so no hurry necessarily, but don't drag either and have us waiting a day or two longer.

Thanks everyone for the speed of the draft. You all were simply great. Very courteous and prompt throughout! :D
