Is this order correct. Round 4 and I haven't picked first yet. Should'nt I have picked first in the 3rd round? Just wondering........

In a Serpentine Draft the Managers with #2 or #3 spots never draft first but interchange between those 2 spots.

There are other types of drafts that your method would allow for drafting first but you would also draft last.
