I understand that you cannot reclaim the player taken from you in the G&T round....but can you take a player from a team(A) that that team(A) took from someone else(say team b-g)?

Lets say it's my turn to pluck a player and i want to pluck pedro from a team that had previously plucked pedro from another....can I still pluck Pedro if the currently controlling team has yet to be plucked upon?

In short can you repluck a plucked played or once a player has been plucked he is impervious to further plucking.
