Do we need to draft 25 players and drop 2 later or tell the 23 players we will end up with. I'm wondering about saving the million dollars and buying better players. Hope you understand what I mean here.

Everyone needs to draft 25 players and 1 stadium which needs to be done by the 13th rd. You can drop players later after the draft and pick up more expensive players.
