Updating your proxies (Its a good thing... or maybe not...)

he wasnt even on my proxy list, but I was bored last night and I was going through the cards and I saw Mr Williams, and I was like "son, why dont you come play for my team", lol.

Sykes, I agree that proxies definitely don't hurt. But as it gets closer and closer to my pick, I keep changing them. Lucky that I have a few days that I can check the draft every hour or so.

The talent is getting very thin and folks should be able to load multiple proxies at once.
For example:
If I knew that I really wanted a 1B to be my next pick, I would load 5-10 guys who I could live with playing 1B. When loading them, I put them all in the same group and indicate "Y" when asked to delete if group picked. I then address my next position needed with my next group and so on...
I always try to leave group 1 empty so that I can list players there that I would want regardless of what position I may be trying to fill. This gives me the flexibility to determine that if I get one of them, I may be able to delete an entire group afterwards since I just filled that position with a primary player.
This type of proxy setting definitely helps keep a draft moving along while not allowing me to get caught selecting duplicate players at any given position.
