Kudos on that pick Hawk. You guys sure have done your homework and I have been impressed to say the least.

James should be back soon and probably move into the Braves rotation. Shows you just how many "prospects" there actually are.

Nice pick in Round 37!

This simply has been one of the most competitive and thus frustrating drafts of this nature I have ever been in and I just want to thank everyone for their level of committment. This truly seems like a great collection of individuals for this, and I feel fortunate that a good number of you are in the USKL league.

I REALLY feel like that with these two leagues I have the perfect combination between fantasy and SOM. They are a committment however, so I am going to make them (and my happily newly added NLD committment) my only SOM engagements moving forward.

:D

Actually, I thought Hawk was talking about a catcher which led me to to find Bard getting starting time in SD. He used to be a "minus" arm and is hitting really well so far this season in very limited at-bats after recently pushing Piazza aside two weeks ago.

Baldelli is playing this afternoon in CF for Tampa Bay. I figured that I wasn't the only person who knew he was in Spring Training and was going to be reactivated soon. That's a "lucky" prospect pick for me because I didn't have him on my list until yesterday afternoon after doing some baseball reading for this draft.

beach I did see Bards #'s but wasnt high on him because I figured if he didnt get more at bats he wouldnt be carded and if he did get the AB's his numbers would plummet, plus I really like Paulino's bat and age better(now if he can only quit with those passed balls and errors he might just be good)

I agree with Sandy that this keeper format is a great balance between SOM and regular fantasy.

How happy was I last night when Schmidt had 16 strikeouts? :D

I thought about him early on Stoney. He looks damn good this year. :o

I confess giving into soemwhat of an age prejudice when it came to me SP picks or he would have been even higher.

He's finally fully healthy again.

On a totally unrelated subject, do you guys get Friend invitations every single day. Are people just going down a list and looking to add them?

I just got one from[quote:e642992a9b]sandlotshrink,

I've only had a couple. I guess nobody like me.

Is there any value to have someone designated as a friend?
