How did Rob have his picks skipped so quickly? Is he done, or did he asked to be skipped?

I believe he asked to be skipped - and/or is hitting the skip turn button on the draft site.

vince: That is correct - drop your last picked hitter & take pitchers instead.

Btw owners do NOT need to wait until Round XVI to pick ballparks - but if you're an owner who has protected a ballpark then it only makes sense to pick it in the 16th round.

spicki: I said similar mistake - not the exact same mistake. Nor did I ever state you went over the cap - however you yourself stated that you'd misjudged the cost of your keepers. Which is pretty much what Aray0113 did - unfortunately for him he did not catch his mistake in time before going over cap.

1 - Go with a frenzy set up - and it would be first-come first-serve after the autodraft runs

2 - We all autodraft the same 25th player (meaning one of our keepers is left off the autodraft), which should give us a random waivers.
