Weeknights don't work for me as I have to get up early for work. EIther Friday or Saturday work for me this week though.

As I stated a few days ago, I am in the same boat. Fri/Sat. are the only nights I CAN frenzy, due to my working the other nights 3rd shift.

Last Sunday I stated that I didn't know if I was available this Friday.

I have confirmed that I will be flying to SF/Oak and staying over the weekend this weekend.

In addition, this Thursday I'm installing a new computer during the mid to late afternoon.

I see that this weekend is popular but since I was available day and night since I signed up I dont feel I shoud lose out on the frenzy as I understand why modmark doesn't want to.

If this turns out be the time that most want could we consider the following:

1) Can Modmark be reached by phone at the time of the frenzy - We do a live draft for 2 rounds or whatever and contact those to get proxies.

2) I can see if a lap top is available at my hotel

3) I can call NEV that night.

I will go along with the majority wishes on this. I want to be fair to all, if possible. If there is a way all can be accomodated, somehow, I'm all for any alternative that can be come up with. Michael, since you administer this league, do you have any ideas/thoughts? Seems like, given the difficulties, maybe we should make this a Waiver's League, for future considerations. I don't like Waiver's, but it certainly would avoid the issue we are having here. :(

My personal thoughts are, since I'm so active in ATGII I certainly don't mind waiting another week. Lord knows I have my hands full with my other 35 teams (lol) :)

That said, I am anxious to get this particular season started, because after all, this is my Dream Team. :)

If I had an "Official say" I'd suggest we could make an exception, and start a new league set up for Waivers....for this season only.

While delays like this current season can be disappointing at times, I think it's more important to do our best to accomodate everyone. Not as much for the sense of fair play, but because most of us have become friends, and that's what friends do.


I certainly wouldn't mind my buddy Mr. Schwartz calling me for his Frenzy since my hands will be free.......

I am heading off to bed to catch some zzzzs. You guys hash it out during the day. If people get upset because of the delay, and don't want to make it a waiver's, or wait a whole other week before we draft, I'll go ahead and enter this evening, if Bob wants to enter today. You guys go ahead and frenzy tonight, and I'll fill in my team with what's left over Thursday morning, after I get off from work. It's not that big a deal. Yeah, I like participating in the frenzy, but it won't be the end of the world if I miss it. Besides, many of my teams have sucked lately when I HAVE participated in the frenzy. So, maybe I need to sit one out to change my luck. Seriously, whatever works best for the majority. I'm cool with whatever. 8) :o

Not clear on what we are doing. I will enter my team when the league wants me to.

If we could do a limited frenzy like 1 rd on Thursday that would be best. If a number of managers want to delay to next week that's fine.

I would have no objection at this point on going with a Friday Frenzy and I'll just roll with the punches.

My computer will be down Thursday from 1:00 PM ET to 5-6PM ET.

I will be traveling to SF/OAK Friday afternoon and coming back on Sunday.

Since I did well in our last league and am doing bad in the next 10 leagues missing a frenzy seems like I can handle it.

I think it would be best to WAIVE MY VOTE so do what the league wants. I can see problems on Thursday to where I might not be able to communicate.
