I'm sure you already know this, but you can't steal from yourself. "If" it comes down to the last two and Beach still hasn't lost a player, then Splinter would [i:fe1616563a]have[/i:fe1616563a] to steal from Beach.

I was hoping to get to steal from Bombers, I wanted Figgy :x

I figured on that but it isn't in the rules.

In fact, it seems to unduly penalize the 11th player, Splinter in this case, by taking away his choice. Maybe as strategy he wants to force me to stay with junk similiar to forcing someone to use the Wild Card in that draft. Or maybe he really wants someone on the other team and arbitrarily loses it. In essence, there would be two 12th teams with no choice under that scenario.

Anyway, it's your league and I am good either way. Just some food for thought as it isn't spelled out and may never have come up before.

It only seems logical that you can't steal from yourself. You are penalized by having the 12th steal position so you would only have one team to steal from. If it worked out that one of the last two teams left to steal from are the 12th team and someone else then the 11th team would have the same "penalty". It is just luck of the draw in the Round 13 draft order.
