THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE INFO... I have sent Adrian a PM with my lineup and other details...Please read... If anyone would like to help, then please contact Adrian's room to assist taking the equipment to the convention room on Friday morning. I kind of think it may be better than calling a bellman because who knows what happens....lol,lol... But of course if need be then use one. I will have my tech guy show up on Friday morning in the convention area to assist in setup. once I know where the room is located then I will post a message. The room will probably be called FANTASY BASEBALL but I will verify and post. You should have received confirmation in the mail regarding your room by now. If you haven't then call the property and get a confirmation number. If you have any problems then contact me in a PM and I will help... I would think that 7 or 7:30am would be OK for my guy to show up but I need Adrian's input for the time. I will have food available for approximately 8am for breakfast. Everyone is invited...BTW...I do have enough gifts to cover the additional bracket winner...We are getting close and I'm looking forward to the event.

The Voodoo Lounge event is Saturday night, June 24th at the top of the RIO Hotel/Casino....It's about a 15-20 minute cab or limo ride from the South Coast. You can arrange for stretch limos in advance and save on costs.. I would contact the South Coast 800 number and ask for assistance. The event is at 6:30pm-9:00pm so a 6PM departure from the South Coast would work...Proper dress required...no jeans, sneakers, tank tops, hats, etc...YOU DO NOT NEED A SPORTS COAT OR TIE...It's a casual "hot spot' with an incredible rooftop view of the town...Bring cameras...

On Sunday morning, I will have transportation ready to go at 10:15am at the South Coast for brunch at my home. You are welcome to bring swim suits. I have a pool house with a shower so it's easy to enjoy. Some of you already know the size of my pool which isn't small and I have a lazy river...lol,lol...Very casual and comfortable atmosphere... I'm wishing for super nice weather....Lots of food and champagne and I can have you returned to the property at whatever time we need.....That part is open....
