best value/worst value

I think Clark reputation is overdone. He sure can HRs and produce RBIs, but low on-base will make his teammates underperform in terms of RBIs. Call this the "Pedro Feliz" effect.

Have to agree with Roscodog on the real Clark that has value in the 06 set. At 2.52 million, he allows you higher priced options elsewhere. He does a little bit of everything but play defense. I've had both Gomez and Clark on the majority of my 06 teams so far. Good call on both Roscodog.

Brian Roberts in Dolphins Stadium (FLA):

614 104 199 49 3 19 96 69 98 41 14 10 .324 .393 .507

70.7% of AB vs RHP

Team finished 84-78, didn't make playoffs. Didn't even finish 2nd. League, however, was tainted by tanking so individual stats and final record could be compromised (Tanking team(s) were not in division, however).

The problem I have with Clark is that i usually try and get a power guy at DH. If you have power elsewhere I guess that is fine.

I assume you're talking about Brady Clark and not Tony Clark?

This isn't the major leagues. A card is a card. What difference does having a DH like B. Clark whose power is minimal make if you can find it elsewhere at another position? If Brady Clark allows you to have ARod at SS or Andruw Jones in CF, normally two weaker power positions in real life, then the result is the same. Too often folks get locked in as what is the norm in real baseball, often resulting in less than optimal performance.
