Abstain:

jamesgang

I start my new job tomorrow. I'll be at work from 8am-4:30pm EDT Monday-Friday. I have NO IDEA what my access to TSN or the internet in general will be. I suspect very little to none.

That said I'm not sure when we'll get this off the ground. Using penn's site I can easily leave proxies, but I won;t be as avaialbe I suspect as I have in the past.

I just wanted to give you all fair warning.

I think Beach is out. If so, and if korkie, who hasn't posted since he left the NLD, is still out (anyone got email) then are we in recruiting mode? Are there any of the old NLD'ers that might want back in? (e.g. Abner)

Maybe we can recruit Semper for one more go around. He's sure to be happy about the 80 mil cap. ;)

Speaking of which, if QK is abstaining we have enough votes to declare 80 mil the winner correct?

I sent an email to JG. He hasn't posted since late April!

[quote:e78ac42cb1]Sorry i havent been in touch. Ive stopped playing the online Strato game. Someone will need to replace me.[/quote:e78ac42cb1]

Looks like we need two new players (or Beach to come back)

Suggestions? I have email addresses for Riggo and Bickel.

I guess the silver lining will be that finding a couple of replacement(s) will give Ninersphan time to get used to his new job and see what time constraints it will have on NLD.

There are a lot of new owners out there who are pretty good & fun to play against - but if we're looking for more "established" owners I can recommend

Big Alric
Cubit
nythawk
Warrior0510

T.Richardson is another owner who has been absent as of late - otherwise he'd make a nice addition as well.

AT,what am I Rodney Dangerfield or something? I go to 2 straight finals and just because my team sucked this year I am the forgotten man  :D  Obviously I better bring my "A" game for the next season we play so you can remember I am in fact still in this league.Or have I been banned for my poor play

I guess that was a little forgetful on my part to say the least!

Sorry about that!!

Change hawkeye with Anthony Pisano then - AP is always pretty good at live drafts. Then we can make a kewl trio

NP
AP
AT

toss in

JD
QK
SS
BM
WM

and most of our league can be referred to by initials!

Emergency Owner Only

Gents,

I sent an earlier note to Joe on the league but let me revise it here.

This is the Premier League, and am sorry that I soured out in the $100m format.

Notwithstanding my desires to leave the playing field, - [b:f5fbbc34ca]if you stumble in looking for a replacement[/b:f5fbbc34ca], I'll happily fill the missing owner role [b:f5fbbc34ca]but I sense you'll fill the league just fine without my participation[/b:f5fbbc34ca].

Otherwise, my SOM efforts have been limited to the 80s format (one team at a time) as my home projects (e.g., Marines and the 1968 FJ40 Land Cruiser rehab) have me booked on time and mental resouces.
