[quote:1cbe5a51a3="BC Manager"]I don't really see what difference it makes if we're a week earlier. I don't think all the Tour leagues run in sink. Anyway, too late now.[/quote:1cbe5a51a3]

Agreed, There's always going to be inconvenient times for some managers. Whenever waivers run midweek I have no access until later at night and by then everything is picked over. Of course next week I'll be off so most days I'll be home.

Anyone for a do-over?

How can such a horrible draft only merit the #4 waiver pick??????

OUCH!!!

I'm not happy about this team...
I got #1,2, and 5. Raines, Fernandez, and Blyleven. No on Clark, Hojo, Murphy and Randolph. Got nearly every .75 player I wanted. Gonna be a long season in Fulton County.

I did pretty good (better than round 1) with 13 of 25, although I missed on Mattingly (2) and Murphy (4), among others.

The Central has Wrigley, Fenway, Fulton Cty and the Murph. Should be fun.

Hey, Sogcomando, do we get a Round 2 Bracketology?

Well, I opened my MRE up this morning and found an Airman inside of my lucky charms dessert.

Otherwise, my pitchers (besides Orel and Mario) look like the last little league team that I "managed" - and, I can say with all confidence I know why Coach Buttermaker drank like a fish during the games.

I can never understand how HAL decides to give you trash replacements when we find such nice bargains still on the shopping rack.

Hey Sog,
No love for Driessen, Horner, Wilson and Sax? :o
Ouch indeed! At least the 'winners' of the waivers get Winfield, Evans, Rocket and Dawson as consolation prizes. Still not a bad FA pool. I am sure we have all seen worse.
