Ideally, we should put the last entry in on Saturday the 24th. This way we would have 9 days to prepare the rosters before league play beginning 7/3.

The 24th is the latest I can draft as I'm leaving town on Tuesday. If we go to Sunday (25) then I may not be around for waivers and will be gone until the 2nd.

Okay my team is "ready" but how do I get to PMs without having the little letter in the upper left corner? This new layout sucks in certain ways.

1 spot left. So, to start play on 7/3 the last team needs to load next Saturday which means the draft would then be held that night, waivers would be the Monday after that, and play would begin 7/3.
