I can almost guarantee (almost) that with many lefty pitchers, includy "Lefty" himself (Carlton) you will lose more games than you win... I find in these 80's leagues that there are way too many lefty-smashers who will be drafted and who will do well against your team.

Somewhat depends on nature of your division rivals, but son't be surprised if it happens to you. Another righty SP wouldn't hurt.
