Who is going to be hitting in front of Gehrig? You have woefully little obp. In my experience, Gehrig only comes anywhere near his expected value if you surround him with people to drive in, and people who can drive him in. You can bat Gehrig/Mathews 3/4, but I really don't see how you can put together a lineup that will score runs outside of that.
