I have the 9, 10, 11 order as :

9) Billings - ID -637
10) Rigged Splits - IL - 774
11) Ehlekev - OR - 788

Oregon has pick 4 drawings at 1PM, 4PM, 7PM & 10PM. We always use the last drawing of the day. The 7PM number was 7881 and the 10PM number was 5812. Buckaroo's draft order is correct using 581 as ehlekev's number and not 788 which was the 7PM number.
