Nice job Jeep, very well done. Now don't rest on your laurels, we need to revamp a bit for next round!!!

Open to suggestions on how to tweak this format, always looking to improve!

Thanks Silver :D

Personally I'd like to see us keep our same 25 man roster and see if I can win it all again.

format options

Postby qksilver69 » Tue Jun 20, 2006 9:50 pm

So here is my take on the format:

1) It is restrictive & confusing as far as 5 core vs. 12, etc. Would rather switch to one or the other or somewhere in between.

2) I would like to see this league move towards unlimited cap/long term keeper leagues like USKL or HCKL. Once I tried USKL I was hooked & started HCKL.

3) I am not saying we HAVE to go in those directions - am open to your suggestions. I just love the keeper/pre-card aspect.

Please check out p1 of the HCKL:

Let me know what you think...

I would personally be opposed to any move towards an unlimited cap format like USKL or HCKL. That is not a type of keeper league that I really have the time for or interest in participating.

Obviously, if that is what a majority would prefer - I'd withdraw so as to allow another more like minded owner to take my spot.

I have no problem going with a straight 5 core keeper format, and dropping the extra 7 keepers added post-autodraft.

I like the format the way it is. We keep 5 core keepers for next season and then 7 more post-autodraft.

Opinion

I wouldn't want an unlimited salary either, but am open to a few changes if necessary.

As far as number of keepers I'm flexible. Somewhere between 5 and 12 is cool, or to keep it as is is OK as well. Wouldn't want it to be just 5 though.

I like it the way it is. Going to 100m cap doesn't interest me, what ever the majority of the league wants I'm good with.
