I have copied instructions from league 10. I think they are accurate. They comport with league 9 instructions as well.



"LEAGUE IS CREATED AS TOUR#3 LEAGUE 10. ADVANCED LEAGUE W/ WEIGHTED WAIVERS AND 10 % DROP PENALTY. ALL EAST TEAMS HAVE THE PASSWORD. AFTER THEY JOIN THE LEAGUE ONE OF THEM WILL PASS IT ON TO THE CENTRAL"


So, I think you go into create league set it up as tour #3 league 11, advanced with weighted waivers and 10% drop penalty. You choose a password and PM to the east guys. Whoever is last in the east PMs it to central 4 teams. The list was printed on page 7 of this thread. I think that's all we need.

Do we have to go in the division in the correct order or does it matter? It would take us till the 2nd coming to do that correctly.

In the other leagues they allowed any team in the east start the process and then they just loaded first come first served in the east. The problem is you do have to wait for the east to fill before you load the central, so in that respect it really doesn't matter. We can't move ahead until all four east teams are loaded in. That's why the password is not sent to the next division until the four members have loaded and then the password is sent to the next four teams.

This league does not have a DH, right? I am asking because i did not see it mentioned in the rules mentioned in the Yankees email.
