I don't see his name in the message boards. Is anyone using him? He's pitching [b:c5c9268e1a]AWESOME[/b:c5c9268e1a] for me, want to know if it is a fluke or an undiscovered gem.

No fluke ! 9 times out of 10 very solid , even lights out . You may not see much on him because there's nothing to say but " he's good " .

Are you sure you don't mean P.Richert, LHP-2.61M.

He can be great in the right park.

He's been very sporadic for me...had ERAs from 2.5 to 6+ on him. I find him unusable in hitters parks.

Agree with Trey, can be very effective in a pitchers park, but is not a #1 reliever, needs some help...

I've had some luck with him in the regular season, but I've sworn to never use him again.....

he has always been outstanding for me in either the LH setup role or the closer. Of course, I am almost always in a pitchers park or Dunn. I always try to get him.

Interesting personal note: I grew up in DC and Richert was a starter with the Senators. One year he was doing a personal appearance at a car dealer and my dad took me to meet him. He was so gracious and kind. Very soft spoken and polite. I remember he called my dad "sir".

He's done very well for me as a rule in a pitchers park, but I like Tippy Martinez better for a couple of bucks less .........

I can never seem to get Tippy. He's very popular.

I'm playing in a pitcher's park which may explain Richert's excellent stats, but I'm thinking of trying a hitter's park next. Who's a good closer in excels in hitter's parks?
