Mike, you are up, the players picked so far (no surprises here) are: Yount, Sandberg, Ricky, and Brett.

If you want to PM me your login, password and pick, I can make it for you. It will be a while til your second round pick comes up, so that might cover things for today.

I promise to not proxy in all .75 cent players for the remainder of the draft while doing it.

let me know if you want to do that.

Hak,

PM is on the way with my pick.

I will trust you with the .75M players, but can I trust you not pick such winners as "Wild Thing".

If we somehow get to my 2nd pick before 4P Central, your help on that pick is also welcome.

alright, Mike's pick is made and we are on our way again.

His pick was Dave Schmidt. At least I assume that's what he ment when he put Schmidt in the PM. Personally, while I am a big fan of Dave Schmidt, I am hoping the other Schmidt (Mike) falls to me at the #8 spot.

Mike, I am here til about 4:00 myself, so if your next pick comes up by then, I will be happy to make it for you.

Yes, I am kidding.

Mike chose Mike Schmidt, which I am not happy about.

OK guys. I'm leaving in a half hour. I was hoping to at least sneak in my first pick at #9. I don't think it will happen. Live drafts are a lot of fun. It sucks to have to leave. I will have to let my Proxies dictate my team. I have keyed in 100 Proxies. I hope that will get me through the first 5 or 6 picks. I don't want to hold up the draft too much until I get back. :D

I hope I did the proxies correctly. Of course Schmidt (Mike of course), Yount, and others have dropped off my list as you guys have been picking so it looks like things are working OK. Have fun.

I'll see how my team looks when I get back!

I made my pick, hopefull Kev knew about turning his proxies on so that they will make the picks before he left (I did that once, put in my proxies and left then found out when I got back that I hadn't turned them on).

I was hoping the Schmidt, Mattingly, or Sandberg would drop to me at 8th but no such luck.

It fired, so we are moving.

Winfield and Boston #21 are now off the board in case anyone is keeping tabs at home.

Proxies fire as long as they are turned on, what they won't do is fire to skip someone. so if you have a proxy set and the person in front of you goes over their time limit, your proxy won't fire unless the admin goes in and fires it (or it may only be Penngray that can do that, I can't remember).
