Another hr & 15 min & we will miss another deadline. If I wasn't old & grey already i'd say I will be old & grey when we start this league.

The problem is that if the draft is not run this morning (Saturday 12:01 after midnight tonight) then the waivers can't be cleared until Monday at 5 PM EST which is too late to get started Monday (I think). I think the door closes at 7 PM EST tonight. That's not official just my understanding of how this works. I could be wrong. So this process may take a whole extra week before we get to actually play our first game. :shock:

Event Four

Does anybody know what event 4 is going to be? If we knew that we might be able to morph the rules to fit both this event and the next one and maybe we'd be in synch for event 5.
So the dentist said to the patient:
"hey do you want some laughing gas?"
"Why?"
"Why? This is a root canal, it's a long process, it hurts going in, it seems to last forever, and you feel wasted and frustrated by the time I'm through."
"It's okay I just went through event 3, league 11, it can't be worse than that."
"Enough said."

The leagues don't have to start on Monday.
One of the Tour leagues I was in had to wait for the 12th player & we started on a Tuesday or Wednesday. But still it would be nice if we could somehow move this along.

That's good to know. That is, we can start play in the middle of the week. That's not too bad, but I sure would like to get this show on the road. I was just beaming into some other leagues and if it is a comfort, they all are slow, although league 12 is having a much better time but then Cummings 2 is there so hey it's a party. :D
