I'm not in favour of this idea. There should be something available for the teams that finish in the bottom of the standings in 87. There will already be no draft for 89.

I agree Albert -- if ever there was a year that I needed Boggs and Fernandez to BOTH hit below the Mendoza line, it was this year. First time in the lottery, looking forward to a couple decent players. I STILL can't believe how bad those two were --- WOW!!
