Interesting thoughts Jeep. I wouldn't go with a 3 in CF myself but it might be an interesting experiment for him.

His SP rotation is bargain basement to be sure and I really haven't looked at his team enough to think of how the L/U would look. The bully looks like it might survive. I still think he should drop Lane and add Dunn and maybe just DH ARam. Teixiera probably is overpriced but he does have max BPHRs versus righties. Just thinking outloud here.

Ah! The fun of piecing a team together!

To show you I put my money where my mouth is my LOTO team has Griffey as the starting CF. :)

LOL! I know the feeling Jeep. My own tour team is an experimental US Cell team and it looks all kinds of different from his team.

Would replace cook an lidle with 2 of the 3, depmster, kazmir, bedar.

also Gomes makes an excellent choice at DH/RF. Perfect #2 hitter in the Cell.

Tex is overpriced, he doesn't hit his card unless in hitters parks, so he could be ok in yours. i'd still prefer him downgraded to Gibbons, Upgrae Lane to Gomes, keep Griffey. His bat outweighs his D

I do wonder who is going to leadoff for you? you dont have a leadoff hitter!

And though I like Redmond at C in petco, his W both ways isn't helping in the Cell. Would rather see a R Hernandez/Olvio platoon there.

I summary, the thing I would do for sure is drop ARam for Gomes to play LF, and drop Lane for a E Garabito/E Young platoon at DH, that would give you your leadoff and #2 hitters in the lineup.

Utley is the best 2B in the set for US Cellular as he has a lot of ballpark homer #, Kent is fairly decent there also but only if you don't face too many lefties. Either way you put a weak fielder there but the huge number of homers will more than make up for it.
