NL Only League / 60 mil Cap & Live Draft

gonna throw out a suggestion before the lotto numbers are posted, (this should probably ensure I get the #1 pick) anybody else think petrocelli should either be excluded, or whomever gets #1 gets some kind of handicap? especially in a 60m league he gives such a huge advantage to #1 picker, it may throw everything off balance. then again, he's a 6th of your total salary. just a thought, either exclude him, or handicap could be sliding number one overall deeper into 3rd round for 2nd pick, or coupling petro with an automatic weak hitting teammate that's automatically on your team if you draft him. another option would be limiting the number of at bats, or games played for petrocelli, like say 132 games...you choose the 30 he misses. radical I know, but wondering if anyone else shares this concern...
