So what happens if I don't get Willis..?

Hi. I'm new to the game. So what happens if I am picking Dontrelle Willis in my draft list but I don't get him, will I get stuck with the next guy Matt Wise who isn't a starter -or- will I get stuck with the old 3.79 ERA lefty starter Randy Johnson?
