Well if this were my team I would......

Drop either DLee or ARod for about a 5m lesser expensive player. I might lean toward ARod for Reyes, Wilson or Everett and just give up SS for a fielder. If you go low like that you would also have enough money to upgrade 2B too!

With the savings drop Vazquez & Milton for either 1 *SP with less BPHR (possibly Chacin) or 2 non-*SP (examples include Bautista, Dempster, etc).

Drop Nelson, Hawkins & Calero, all of whom will kill you with their BPHR, for RP that may give up a few more walks & hits but no BPHR. These would include Majewski, Mecir, etc.

I also don't like you using Heilman for your closer. If you have Heilman you want him to pitch and pitch and use someone else to close with otherwise he won't pitch the number of innings you need him to. Therefore I might be tempted to turn him in for a closer and a RP. Keep in mind that your SP will probably need lots of bullpen help so you need to have several R2 or better RP.

I actually like the team quite a bit! I agree, you need a real closer, and probably one more quality set up guy.

I would create some cash by dropping Lee. Although he is great, 1B is a very deep position, and I am sure you will be able to find another banger to fill the hole, or move Konerko to 1b and get another dh.

I would use the extra$$ to upgrade at 2b and rp...

If available, Troy Glaus is a great choice at 3rd and Jason Isringhausen is a good option at a closer. I've had great success with these guys in US Cellular.
