I don't usually post for people to help my team but I'm at my wits end.

I have a couple of hitters that I can't get to hit over .300. They are really pulling my team down and keeping me from winning more games.

Sure Berkman has 19 HR's but he's only hitting .278 with a .377 OB. Wright is even worse!! with only 9 HR's to go with his .290 average. And then Francour, .291 with only 8 HR's. If he wasn't leading the team in doubles they would probably make him wear a skirt when he plays.

Any advice you guys can give would be helpful. I'm also worried that my team OB has dropped below .400. I've been reading all the threads but I just don't know what to do.
