I would say that you didn't just over do it in the bullpen, but on pitching, in general. Every one of your pitchers is over a million, and you have six starters on the roster. You've got four starters that can start on three days rest, meaning they could be your entire rotation - now, I would toss Escobar, Bedard, and probably Jeff Weaver, and try to find a * left handed starter who is stronger against right handed batters.
In the 'pen, Frasor is going to get lit up. He's right handed, but he's weak against right handed hitters. I would go and see if a guy like Glendon Rusch is available. Lefty, 7R.
I don't know what the plan is with Ryan Freel, but he also looks like a waste of your money, at least to me. Were you planning on DHing him? Unlikely, with the other guys you've already got all over the place. With Freel, and the questionable coupling you've got over at first base, I think you should be able to snatch up a 1B who will be both healthy and productive for you - Richie Sexson? Johnson will put up some numbers when he's healthy, but he gets hurt too often. Mientkiewicz shouldn't be on a Fenway team, I don't think.
Molina is going to be horrible for you, offensively, and he'll get hurt a bunch, too - leaving Gerald Laird to do a bunch of your catching. Yikes. I would try to grab a guy like Mike Matheny or even Brian Schneider, and run with them. They fit your "good defense" plan.
I'll check back in tomorrow evening to see if you have any more questions, and to check on the progress of your team. I hope that my criticism is taken constructively, I'm only trying to help.
