Looks like the popular Ballparks in the 1st round are:
1. M Maid (6) - Not surprising - Seems to be the Park of choice in 06'.
2. Rogers (5)
3. Kauffman (4)
4. AMQ (4)
5. Petco (3)
6. Safeco (3)
7. US Cell (3)
8. Jacobs (3)
9. Miller (2)
10. RFK (2)
11. SBC (2)
12. Turner (2)
13. Coors (2)
14. Fenway (1)
15. Camden (1)
16. Metro (1)
17. Citizen's (1)
18. PNC (1)
19. Dodger (1)
20. Gr American (1)

That's a pretty good mix of Parks...And definitely a different mix of styles...

Remember, nobody may use the same park more than once in the entire Tournament...If you advance to the 2nd round you may not use the same park...Same thing with the Finals Round...All Finals Round players will have to have used 3 different Parks.

I am surprised that the FA list hasn't been used as much in the 1st round. The caphit is only 10% as opposed to the Standard 20%.

The leagues seem pretty balanced with the exception of only a handful of teams that are out in front of the pack - Which is the kind of competition I had hoped for. :D Robert

I was going to make the same comment Rob. The competition is indeed pretty freaking tight! Few teams are really having an easy go of it and they might even fall back to the pack as the season progresses.

I appreciate the 4-league standings update. Very cool.

I'm just thankful my team is over .500 with Pedro being winless after the first 27 games with an ERA of 6.75. My bullpen has 6 saves and 9 blown saves. We need a pitching staff psychologist. Eeek!

Take a look at the 4 Leagues..

And out of 16 divisions so far, see if you can find the toughest one. I am in with BOBBY, Giddyup and J-PAV and J is in 4th place at .500 in the B League...

Now that's a tough Division.

BTW...

My apologies on the blunder of a response about the Tiebreakers for the 2nd round. The 6 best records from each of the A & B Leagues will comprise the A League of Round 2. The 6 best from each of the C & D Leagues will play in the b League of round 2.

Because there is H2H competition in EACH LEAGUE(I don't know what I was thinking) - The 1st Tiebreaker between teams is H2H records. The 2nd Tiebreaker is Runs Scored vs Runs Allowed(Or the difference between the scores)vs the tied opponent...

The 3rd Tiebreaker is Record vs Division...

If 2 teams are still after that...Then a pick 3 lottery - which is random, will determine who goes to round 2.

I have been so braindead the past month due to the long hrs, auto accidents, vehicle breakdowns, cross country trips, time changes, putting together the Tour, domestic problems, insomnia and probably the ridiculous Phoenix tempertures the past 4 weeks that I have barely known which way is up the good portion of the time.

My bad on the tiebreaker tho...Please know that whatever miracle allowed this Tour to come together so smoothly this totally beyond me, but I am incredibly grateful to everyone who assisted in bringing this about.

Thanks again,

Robert

Figured I'd bump this thread back to the top so everyone could continue to have quick access to all the league standings.
