Does anyone know if it's true that this league has no unique ballpark provision amongst the teams, but you still have to use a ballpark that you haven't used already? Please respond

That is correct, Wcaplan. Since this is an autodraft league, there is not a unique stadium requirement because you will have no way of knowing what other managers have picked for their stadiums. But the rule still applies that you cannot use a stadium you have used previously.
