My advice is, replace Soriano with Craig Counsel. Gives you a lefty bat, an on base guy, and improves your defense

I'm not sure so forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't your roster a walking ER chart? I know some of those guys will get injured a lot won't they?

I agree with the Soriano suggestion - with the pitching staff you have you'll have a lot of guys on base and you can help yourself out sigificantly by being strong defensively up the middle.
