LAST GASP NO HOLDS BARRED ATG II LIVE FRENZY!!

Postby Simon31 » Thu Jul 06, 2006 5:51 pm

JOEOC suggested we try and get one last good ATG II Live Draft Frenzy in before we move on to ATG III. I liked that idea! I know it's short notice but I'd like to see if we can do this either tomorrow night or Saturday night. We could even do both Friday and Saturday night drafting 7 or 8 each night. I'll leave that optional. Heres the format:

Live Draft starting at 7:30 tomorrow and possibly Saturday night.

200 Mil

DH (NO holds barred)

No unique stadium

No Divisional assignments (Just hop in)

Draft order to be determined (Since we can' use the lotto for lack of time, I'm open to suggestions)

Trading of draft order or players allowed during drafting if clearly posted.

This doesn't cover all the nuances but anybody familiar with JOE's LA-Z-BOY or my FAST SIX League will know the basics.

Anybody up for this??

I have pm's telling me "IF we get close..." Don't save those credits. You know when ATG III comes out your going to buy multiple 5 packs anyway. Anyone interested in istant draft gratification on the 200 mil scale, jump in. Tonight or Saturday night. I've been in a lot of 100 and 80 mil leagues but never a 200. Time to beat each other up in one last ATG II slugfest! In the immortal words of Bluto Blutarski..."LETS DO IT!!!!!" :D

Well, this was short notice. Don't know if the 200 mil puts people off either but maybe next weekend? :(

If you want a higher cap, why not 125 Mil??? No team could be over 125 at anytime during the season. I'm sure everyone who would join would co-operate if the cap is a rule of the league. This way you have a higher cap without the basicly no-limit version of 200 Mil SOM. :)

Don't forget next weekend's Gold Rush Quick Draft. 8)

You may be right Joe. What if we revised it to a 125 mil cap and set it for next Saturday night, July 15th? Any interest in that? I'd like to keep the DH because it allows for the playing of guys not normally used but we could vote on it. Who's up for a brawl?
