Why is my team 1-8?

This team can be fixed

Postby CHRISTIANSTOUGH » Fri Jul 07, 2006 7:08 pm

You can fix this team.
But be prepared to say goodbye to all your pitching; we'll get you good subs

Step one- Put out a may day trade message offering Koufax and the rest of your staff; I doubt you'll get any bites except for K;
DON"T TRADE YET

Step two- post here and tell us if you had any takers and what they have

Step three- get out the buzz saw; it's gonna get bloody

(step 3.1- how can I see what this guy has on the FA markett?)

to be continued

Seriously, your team might lose 100 games; it's that bad.

Even if you keep Koufax, you can exchane your other 3 starters for 3 others at prices of 5.5, 3.5, change

that should leave you about 10 million; just from your starters;

next we'll dump your mega relief staff for a 3 and couple of bums; which is all you need anyhow,

this should net about 4 million more. If you could trade Koufax for a decent starter and a 3 million reliever, you can hhave even more cash to play with.

Via Pete Berce's very useful website:

Just plug in the team ID #.

Your team's record is what it is because it is the worst team I have ever seen at the 12 game point in the season. Did you somehow think that completely trashing your offense the first week of the season was a good strategy??

Ok..... apparently our little warrior has had enough of our comments.

Well, good luck chasing the record for most losses in a season.
I only wish that your team was in my division.

BamaNatMan Just chalk this up as a learning expierence. Your team is way out of balance. The guys who play this game are "baseball" guys.they want to beat your brains out,but they want to do it when you are at your best. Next time balance your team hitting,fielding,pitching,and a park that fits your team. In the ATG its hard to win on pitching alone,keep that in mind.

Aso Mr.B. take the time to learn how to read the cards and what the symbols mean,having Wills bat 4th is hurting him and you,if he comes up with a runner in scoring position with 2 outs his card is virtually worthless.

He's gonna get the record....what is the record?

122- he can beat that.

I say dump all your guys; give the money to charity
play it out with your favorite .50 guys and watch those losses come in

----------- booyah; your name in the hall of immortals.

Haven't seen this much schadenfreude since Liza Minnelli slugged her husband.
