Reliever Usage/Fatigue

Need some help figuring out HAL and the way he's handling my bullpen. I've got Dan Quisenberry, and I think he should be used more often than HAL puts him in. His endurance rating is a 3. Recently, he pitched five straight games for me, throwing only 7 2/3 innings, allowing eight hits and four earned runs. In my next three-game series that follows, he doesn't touch the ball. In two of those games, I had the lead going into the eighth inning. Instead of Quis, HAL puts in my mop-up guy, who promptly blows the games.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

what are your manager and Quiz settings?

For manager settings, I've got Quis as my closer for both righty's and lefty's, and I maximize closer usage. For Quisenberry himself I have him avoiding use before the eighth.
