I agree that usage needs to be upped, especially considering that nobody is going to be able to add significant innings for SPs in the supplemental draft since nobody's going to let go of anyone with any innings ... even if he stinks.

Also, where do we submit our franchise rosters ... which I understand to be a minimum of 25 (with a maximum of 40)?

I had no problems loading v.11, other than the usual SOM authorization routine.

Just email them to me for now and then when I load Version 11 I'll set up all of the rosters and send out a league update.
