Thanks Shrink. If you're going to be w/o access all day, I would say to go ahead and make your next pick, at least that way if Day *does* show up, we'll be able to start moving again! If you want, I can give you my number so I can announce your pick and we can move. (btw, taking Guardado hurt :evil:)

Not sure what to do about Day, but we should probably set some sort of time limit and then look for someone to draft for him (or sub for him). Maybe Semper would step in?

What do you guys think is reasonable? Tomorrow at 5pm (EDT)? That'd be 48 hours or so.

Agree Hoffman was NOT the right choice. I told my wife "there's the ballgame" when I saw he was in. You also have to pass blame on Garner for another stupid move: The best defensive players at their position, Rolen and A. Jones were on the bench during that 9th inning. Rolen would have been in better position than Cabrera and I'm 99% certain would have had that ground ball, which would have been the 3rd out. Frustrating for us Natl. League fans.


Re Day: Still no sighting. :( Unfortunately, it's looking very likely that we might need a replacement drafter or Manager. Today at 5pm would be fine with me if that's the consensus.

Yeah, I was pretty down on brining in Hoffman from the get go. Too many HRs (although that's the one thing he *didn't* give up). He knows better than to make an 0-2 too good. Blah! :?

OK, back to NLD. I contacted Semper and he's willing to help out. I don't know how to give him access however. I guess NP can do that when he's back on at 5? He needs to pick as Day right? I'll see if I can at least get him the list of guys who have been taken so far.

Anyone else more familiar with PG's site?

I sent the info to Semper, he's going to take a look and prepare three picks for Day. That would at least get us another 2 rounds in today.
