[quote:5352875f20]Then perhaps we are replacing the '80 Royals with the '82 Royals and the '86 Astros with the '80 Astros?[/quote:5352875f20]

We better not lose Brett's 1980 season. :x On the other hand I would like to see the 1980 Astros.

if nolan ryan is not represented by this year, means there will be another Nolan Ryan year and '86 astros are off the board. (Because why would they keep '86 Ryan over '79?)

looking forward to a dominating nolan ryan card!!!!

Will Baylor be injury proof? 11 HBP and he [u:3dc420b6cf]still[/u:3dc420b6cf] played in all 162 games, but he had just 699 ABs + BBs.

Why do we care about a 1970's Angel team?!? This is the All Time Greats not the Modern Mediocre. Rod Carew is the only person on this team that needed to be added back to the set, and there were much better teams (let alone individual Carew seasons) with which to do that.

This along with the 1978 Yankees are wasted additions. I can hardly wait to see what other 1970's crap can be thrown into the mix next. And yes I know that not everyone will be happy with every team, but really look at this club again and tell me that unless your a die hard Angel fan, who/what is on this team that you are looking forward to playing with.

This is not a very exciting choice. How about some older teams, 60's or earlier. I agree, not many useful players on this team. :(

And I am not sure where everyone reads that Ryan will be getting a different card. I could read Bernies statement to basically mean, Aikens and Ryan are already represented in the set, so they won't be on this team.

I hope swaping out 1980's Royal's and Astro's teams wasn't high on the to do list.

I sure hope we don't lose the '86 Astros team . Bass is one of my faves and I would hate to loose him .
